Engagements are built around defined scope, clear deliverables, and fixed fees agreed before work begins. A single, defined task can be delivered on its own; larger pieces of work are broken into phases, with a review point between each one so you stay in control of the commitment.
Procurement and supply chain work cannot happen in isolation. It touches engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations.

Scoping and proposal
If there is a fit, the work is scoped into a proposal covering the full engagement with all phases, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and fixed fees.
Phases are kept deliberately focused: a single, defined piece of work with a clear output, rather than a large programme committed in one go. You evaluate each one before deciding what comes next.
If you are happy to proceed, the proposal is formalised through a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work for the first phase.
Each subsequent phase is covered by a new Statement of Work under the same agreement.
What you get
A proposal setting out the scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, fees, and timeline. If you proceed, this is formalised as a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.
Delivery
Work begins. Trusure owns delivery end to end, with consistent, experienced leadership throughout. Progress is tracked through a simple view of what is complete, in progress, blocked, or awaiting a decision. You always know where things stand.
What you get
Defined deliverables completed, decisions progressed, and practical governance you can see at a glance.
Handover and review
At the end of each phase, you get a clean handover. Documented outputs, decisions captured, and next steps clearly identified.
Then we review together and you can choose to stop, pause, or proceed. If you proceed, the next phase is set out in a new Statement of Work under the existing agreement, scoped in light of what the last phase found.
And because each phase stands on its own, you're never locked into work that no longer fits. If your priorities shift, your direction changes, or you decide to build the capability in-house, the engagement changes with you.
